Description

Zinc sulphate (ZnSO4) is a colorless, clear crystalline chemical compound that is highly soluble in water. It is prepared by leaching roasted zinc concentrate, zinc ores or waste zinc products with sulfuric acid.
Crystalline sulphateheptahydrate is commonly known as white vitriol.
Zinc sulphate is most often sold in its monohydrate form, which has a lower tendency to cake.
